FALKLAND ISLANDS

The Falkland Islands are a remarkable and little know destination rich in history, natural beauty, wildlife and culture. I have settled here in 2013 and feel extremely lucky to call these amazing islands home. The Falklands are home to vast colonies of seabirds, including the world's largest population of black-browed albatross. With over 750,000 penguins across five different breeding species, they are the ultimate place to view penguins. In addition to over 200 breeding species of birds, the islands are also home to numerous species of cetaceans as well as 3 species of breeding seals. If you love wildlife and unspoilt nature at its best,  the Falkland Islands are the place for you!
